SIZE EXCHANGE

If you have received your order and the size does not match what you need, we will offer an exchange for the correct size at no cost the first time.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1/ Contact us and let us know you need to exchange a product. If we don´t have the size you need available at the time we will suggest another product in its place:

2/ You must send the products to the following address:

3/ As soon as we receive the products and verify that they are in perfect condition we will send the new products and inform the customer. This shipment is free for the customer. Important, if the product is personalized, it cannot be returned.

EXCHANGE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the material received has a visible defect. To make the exchange, the defect must be a visible defect at the factory or just when you received them. The brand offers guarantees that you will receive a product in perfect condition for use.

*The palm of the gloves do not have any type of warranty and the deterioration of the palm is not a defect as such. The wear of the palm depends on many factors and it is impossible to take over the use of the same. We recommend that you ask in our chat, whatsapp or phone, the most recommended model for what you need and so you have the most suitable model for the use that will be given.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1/ Take a picture of the defective part and send it to us:

2/ Our Quality Department will verify that the defect is due to poor manufacturing and not due to misuse. Latex wear or abrasion is not subject to warranty and claims cannot be accepted for these reasons.

3/ We will send a new product to your address to replace the defective one at NO CHARGE.

*IF THE GLOVE IS CUSTOMIZED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE GLOVE

RETURNS

Returns can be made at no cost to the customer, within a maximum period of 15 days from the receipt of product by the customer. If the claim exceeds 15 days you cannot request the cancellation of the order or the return of the amount thereof. If the product is personalized, it cannot be returned. If the model shows any damage or signs of having been used, it cannot be returned. If the product is customized, it is not possible to return the item. * In the event that the reason for the return is due to a price difference (sales, black, etc...) The company may charge the cost of return shipping.

3/ As soon as we receive the products and verify that they are in perfect condition we will send the new products and inform the customer.

Once we receive the merchandise, its state will be verified and we will issue a full refund.

2/ A messenger will deliver the new product to your address and collect the other one to be returned. THIS SERVICE IS FREE for Spain and Portugal.
Important, if the gloves are personalized, we will not be able to offer a size exchange.

2/ We will email you a shipping label or number that you must print and place in the return package.

3/ A messenger will collect the package from your home. If you need to indicate time availability, you may call the shipping agency (with the label or shipping number we provide we will indicate the name of the agency) and specify the time availability or let us know the time frame so we may specify that information to the agency.

4/ When we receive your return and we verify that it is in perfect condition we will offer a full refund to the same method of payment in which you paid.
